The vertical autoclaves unit is fitted with very efficient radial locking system made of mild steel, chrome plated, with paddle lifting device. Supplied complete with stainless steel basket. The unit is fitted with safety valve, pressure release valve, water level indicator, cord & plug. Fitted with Fully Automatic Microprocessor based Temperature Controller, cycle is fully automatic including purging, sterilizing, rapid cooling & safety features such as process timer, low level water alarm, over temp. Protection, high-pressure cutoff, two mechanical safety valves etc. The lid made of ss.304, seal on Silicon Rubber Gasket, supplied with pressure gauge & unique special round heater-pressure up to 20 PSI. |

Table top model; GMP-GC-29 portable autoclave is a reliable and convenient method for steam and sterilization of medical equipment. The unit is a single walled SS-304 (heavy gauge) structure with high gloss finish with argon welded finish. The lid is heavily polished and fitted with a pressure gauge, steam exhaust valve, safety valve and handle and can withstand a pressure of 15 Lbs/Sq.inch. The unit is also equipped with an ISI marked special heater which is easily replaceable & SS basket.

The safety devices includes mechanical pressure release valve of 15psi, Automatic cut off for heater at dry run / insufficient water inside bath. Digital temperature controller cum indicator controls the steam bath room temperature. |

Construction: Water Suspan is exclusively used for heating Hospital based Thermoplastic sheets to prepare orthopedic moulds & splint applications used in physical rehabilitation. It has been made with the state of art technology & meets the high standards with intelligent & user-friendly interface. Water suspan has special features like constant temperature bath with water stirring arrangement, where water medium is heated with immersion heater. For quick heating an additional optional Booster heater is provided. The unit is controlled through a microprocessor based digital temperature controller cum timer with safety thermostat & PT-100 sensor. A unique water level controller is incorporated with the bath to save dry run of Heater. The Heaters will be automatically cut-off, when sufficient water is unavailable followed by audio alarm. An imported & sturdy drain cock is fitted for ease drainage of water.
