 | Laboratory Incubator | | |
| Construction: The lab incubators has double-walled construction, with the inner chamber made of stainless steel. The outer chamber is made up of MS and finished in powder coated epoxy paint with glass wool insulation and has a full view clear thick polycarbonate door & in addition with the main door to facilitate easy viewing of the contents of inner chamber. The outer door is fitted with magnetic gasket, lock & handle.
Uniformity of temperature: Is achieved by centralized flange mounted motorized blower at back of rating 1/12 HP, 1400 rpm single phase & the uniformity is within +/- 5% of FSD.
Cooling :By Hermetically sealed Kirloskar compressor with CFC free 134G refrigerant gas. Built in Time-delay of 90 seconds with solid state electronic circuit is also coupled with UNIT for safety of compressor is provided. An AMETER will be fitted on panel to know the status of compressor.
Control System: A microprocessor based temperature controller cum indicator controls the temperature and the delay time, for compressor protection at power interruptions.
Temp. Range: 5ºC to 60ºC Accuracy +/- 0.5*C. A Fluorescent tube light is provided in the inner chamber for illumination. |

Construction: The laboratory heating ovens has a triple walled construction. The inner chamber is made of SS & outer chamber is made of SS / MS with powder coated finish and glasswool insulation of 65 mm between walls. Control System: Microprocessor based temperature controller controls the heating process and digital timer with audio/visual alarm system is provided. A SS finned heater is used for heating process. A Motorized Forced Air Circulation by blower motor arrangement on top of oven for uniformity of temp of the inside chamber.The flush door is fitted with a virgin square silicon rubber gasket and is also fitted with special lock and handle. | High Temperature Oven | | |
| Construction:The unit has a triple walled construction. The inner chamber is made up of CRCA thick mild steel. The outer body is made up of MS, with a powder coated finish.
Temperature Range: Ambient to 400ºC with an accuracy of ±3ºC.
Control System:
A Digital temperature microprocessor based PID controller cum indicator with PT-100 sensor controls the heating process. Forced air circulation is effected by a flange mounted, belt driven motor for uniformity of inner chamber temperature.4”glasswool insulation is provided in between the walls to have skin temp. of the machine below 40ºC. An Enconal Finned Heater (Hot+Cold zone type junction) with leads taken out of the back of oven with cover for easy accessibility is used as the heating element. The door is fitted with asbestos/Teflon mix square gasket with hinges and special lock arrangement to provide perfect sealing of inner chamber (to avoid heat/power loss)

| Industrial Drum Heater | | |
Construction: This industrial drum heater ( vertical model) has a well type, double walled construction. The Inner chamber is made of MS with a heat resistive silver paint finish and the outer chamber is also made of MS with a powder coat finish. The industrial drum heater has an electrical heating system, suitable for heating 200ltrs standard size drum. The drum heater is made into 2 semicircular halves, which are joined at one end by heavy duty hinges & clamps and at the other end by a special press fit adjustable lock, with the control panel on one half + heater,& heater + connector junction box on the other half. A SS ‘U’ type Enconel heater of suitable capacity is used as the heating element for uniform distribution of heat. The maximum achievable temp. is 250ºC. A digital microprocessor PID temperature controller cum indicator with PT-100 sensor controls the heating process. The unit is easily moveable on its castor wheels.
Power: 440 V, 50 Hz, 3-Ø power supply. On demand half size drum heater could be made. |

| Distillation Unit | | |
| The unit is used for producing pyrogen free distilled water in R&D labs, biological labs, hospitals and clinical research laboratories. The unit is wall-mounting with the full Body made up of stainless steel fitted with ISI certified safety ejection type immersion heaters. A constant water level arrangement is provided. A steam baffle is provided to take steam direct to thecold-water jacketed condenser. The stated output of the still is approximate as it is bound to vary according to the voltage of the MAINS. An electronic watch dog water level system with auto heater cut-off when water level is low along with buzzer can be provided at extra cost. Power Supply: 230 V, 50 Hz. Note: It is advisable to use DM water as i/p to the still, to ensure long duration of heater life Conductivity of o/p distilled water: ¡Ü 3 micro-mho.
